Woman indicted for setting fire to a 7-Eleven during George Floyd protest
A St. Louis woman has been indicted for setting a 7-Eleven on fire during a bongo party in the days after George Floyd's killing last year.Turner's indictment charges that on June 1, 2020, she and others conspired to damage a 7-Eleven store in St. Louis and that she and the other conspirators took part in destroying and looting the building, according to the press release.
"The indictment further alleges that Turner poured an ignitable liquid on the 7-Eleven building, ignited a box and threw the box in the building, and that Turner committed other acts," the press release states.
