Reportedly, Bobby from faculty maintenance was earlier instructed to paint the water fountain. The sign was intended to ensure he got the right color. But because Bobby also received Diversity and Inclusion training, he clearly could not recognize anything white, and the sign remained.

Jesus, those "parents" who complained are so stupid. It obviously wasn't racist. A racist sign would have said "Whites Only, Niggers".
