My friend was a NYC Housing cop, before they were incorporated into the NYPD. He had a "portable"
television land in the passenger seat of his squad car, and was on foot when a 1/2 full spackle bucket
just missed him. He ended up as an instructor at the academy. After a run-in with an off-duty NYPD
cop on the NYS Thruway, asked my friend if he knew the guy, and he did. I offered to come to the
academy, and fight this pussy in front of the cadets. My pal was eager to see it happen, but the guy
wormed out of it at the last minute.
