Well, it seems after Katrina there was a new policy to shoot looters. But now with the extreme coddling agenda it's been changed with signs saying "You will be arrested".

It took me a minute to figure out the reason Lootie Junior was sitting on the hood. It's to keep the front wheels on the ground. Look at the back of the car! :lol
