Disgruntled HR executive trashed personnel files and deleted 17,000 resumes after being fired — now faces up to 15 years in prison

In January 2019, Calonge was hired by a Manhattan-based employers to serve as the head of human resources in their Florida office, the DoJ said.

The Tampa resident was terminated just five months later after failing to meet the minimum requirements of her job.

“While she was being terminated, and just before she was escorted from the building, Calonge was observed by two employees… repeatedly hitting the delete key on her desktop computer,” according to the DoJ.

Calonge is later alleged to have “rampaged” through the company’s internal network, deleting more than 17,000 job applications and resumes, and leaving a string of profanities on the system.

$100,000 clean-up
The unnamed employer subsequently spent more than $100,000 to investigate and respond to the incident, although it was not possible to recover all of the data.

The former head of human resources at 1-800-Accountant has been convicted of maliciously destroying the company’s personnel files and deleting thousands of resumes for prospective employees after she had been fired.

Federal prosecutors say Medghyne Calonge, 41, of Tampa, Fla. had been let go in June 2019 after just six months at the New York-based online accounting firm for poor performance. One issue prosecutors cited was that she inappropriately locked a colleague out of a computer system after they had gotten into an argument.



Calonge was convicted of two counts of damaging computers after a six-day trial in New York and faces as much as 15 years in prison when she is sentenced on Dec. 2. She was previously convicted of forgery in 2008 in Florida and was arrested in 2002 for writing a bad check, court records showed.

Her attorney declined to comment.

Investigators said the company had spent over $300,000 over two years to build the system Calonge wrecked and that it cost them $100,000 more to get it working again. Many files were unable to be retrieved, prosecutors said.

Obviously the sow thought if she made up such a huge list of degrees and accomplishments - everything from Master's degrees, modeling, a mediator, a notary public, a Zumba instructor, etc, etc and so much that 10 people couldn't do in one lifetime (yet can't keep a job) - that no one was going to take the massive amount of time required to check it out. Back when I pushed people for a living I used to love putting these dipshits back on the street without being able to collect unemployment. Then came the regime of being politically correct to where everyone was afraid of being sued for wrongful termination. If you kept good records and documented all infractions, warnings and disciplinary actions there wasn't anything they could do. Now we live in the times of magic niggers where all advertising and employment requirements of a certain percentage of niggers must be observed but no one will tell you where that requirement is written. If you have a attorney on retainer or employed by your company use them.

Many years ago, I worked in Manhattan. I was at a large office of about 400+ employees. They already had a firing plan in place. Right before firing someone, they had them work on some ridiculous non-computer project for a few hours. They would use that time to disable user access. See, when they hire an employee, they log all access information in preparation for firing.
So, as soon as you are hired, they already planned for your firing.

The last major company I worked for has had three white women as their HR chiefs. In Manhattan, needless to say, they're more liberal than Berkeley and are complete hypocrites. When will they step down and demand a replacement be a "Black woman"?
