A mother driving home from work who was shot and killed in her garage at a home in the Katy area Tuesday morning was targeted by approximately 50 gunshots, deputies said.

Harris County sheriff's deputies responded to the home in the 18700 block of Appletree Hill Lane around 5:25 a.m.

That's where they found a 31-year-old Valeesha Duncan dead with multiple gunshot wounds in the garage.

Here in western Washington, just south of Seattle, there's a town called "White Center". It was established in the runup to WWII, and served as a training facility for U.S. service personnel. No one has any idea as to why the town was really named "White Center", but even here in the People's Republic, to this day, that's what the fuck it's called.

Of course, "Occom's razor" and all that, we all know damn well why it was given that name back in the '40's...
