The federal ban on evictions expires Saturday, marking a new, worrisome phase in the race to keep people in their homes amid the slow trickle of emergency rental aid and surging coronavirus cases.

The moratorium — put in place almost 11 months ago by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention — has created new divisions pitting landlords against tenants, judges versus housing advocates, Republicans versus Democrats. While parts of the economy show signs of strength, the recovery has not carried everyone equally. Almost a year and a half since the pandemic began, many renters still haven’t caught up on their bills or gotten access to federal aid.



The gravy train has left the station. My guess is that Monday there's going to be countless landlords and property management companies littering all the nigger nests with eviction notices.

State Dept. of Social Services installed a level 3 child molester, right next to his grandchildren. The realtor and DSS said there's nothing they can do about it, the cops threatened the homeowner with arrest, the cho-mo said give me $10K and I'll leave. There were huge rains for weeks, and the owner flooded the apartment and got him out.

When I moved in I had to pass a credit check, background check and pay a pretty hefty security deposit. There was an on-site manager who was in her office 40 hours a week and the landscaping was meticulous.

After my third year there they sold the complex to some asslifters who promptly turned off the sprinkler system, fired the landscapers, left the rental office abandoned and strung a "now accepting section 8" sign between two trees near the road.

I don't have to spell out what happened over the next six months .

Here in Baltimore, the lib Baltimore Sun paper is always writing articles about the poor renters (niggers) getting evicted, with pictures of their belongings on the street, and how the laws are so harsh on the renters. My family rented out a house for a few years in Baltimore County, and inevitably ended up in court trying to kick out the renters after they didn't pay up. It is a months long process to even get them to court, and then another few weeks at least to kick them out. These were white trash people, I can't imagine dealing with niggers.

I rented an off-campus apartment during my senior year of college. I had to do the same shit most other (white) people have to do - pass a background check, pass a credit check, pay a security deposit, etc. A lot of college students don't have any credit history at all (luckily, I did). These niggers who get handed apartments without having to go through any of that bullshit (because of their black privilege) and got to live in them rent-free for years are the most spoiled, coddled, privileged assholes on the planet. Free $300 per month, per child tax credit paid in cash.

I don't know how the government can even call that last one a credit with a straight face. Credits are something to counteract debits. It's not like they are paying taxes so there is no debit paid to the IRS, so why do they bother calling it that when it's welfare, pure and simple? They do it to hide that fact and keep from calling it what it really is: Free money for being, or acting like a nigger!

Using loose conservative numbers based on what I've paid for my things like insurance and knowing how many dollars worth of freebies each mammy gets for just one child, I figure that they probably receive around $2000-3,000 per month just for spitting one out. That's BEFORE shitting out multiples.

There is no excuse for them not having paid their rent during this SCAMDEMIC!

Figure that the money it actually cost the taxpayers is ten times that number after you figure in what the government calls "Transfer Payments." This is the administrative cost of handing out other people's money. From what I've read, only 10% of tax dollars spent on these gibsme programs actually make it into the pockets of recipients. In effect, the rest are spent on paying a guy - to pay a guy - to pay another guy who finally pays a nigger a wad of my money that they did not earn. Of course with the administration cost come all other physical government assets required from the needed office spaces down to the pens and paper.

So someone needs to explain what the difference is between section 8 housing and housing that does not accept the vouchers - when the CDC can come in and stop them from requiring rent?

I think I might just know the answer: It's just a slight difference in time. From the lowly duplex owner who rented out the other side or upstairs apartment of his own house, to the mega-sized apartment complexes and their property owners, all will suffer. They will largely be faced with foreclosure. Likely a nationwide crisis.

Just who do you think will have to step in and start bailing these businesses and banks out? You got it, the gubbamint... which means the taxpayer!

They borrow the money to do it from the Federal Reserve, and we pay the money back with interest. (You guys do know that's how the system works, right?)

Just what do you think will happen when those businesses are bailed out? You got it, they will come with strings attached - in the form of more federal control (think nationwide section 8 housing).

Just who will benefit financially from all of this? I can think of one company right off the top of my head - Black Rock. They have been buying up entire new construction neighborhoods, only to turn around and sit on the property, driving housing prices thru the roof. Where will paying customers go when they can't buy a house in the burbs? The only people they want to be left in the country are just the ones required to man Bill Gates' mega-farms where he can raise his GMO bioweapons and farm fresh bugs for the masses. Eat up folks.

Of course, Black Rock already probably has the paperwork for the relief grants filled out for a few years now just waiting for the signal. How much will they get? I'm sure it will be at least the future market value on artificially price manipulated property. Paid for, once again thru the endless fed reserve, treasury, IRS , taxpayer rape circle.

How is this shit even legal? Oh yeah, I remember, the Dimz and Rinos make the laws from the comfort of the back pockets of these bastards.

Connecticut is just as bad as New York. I remember one time after my dad died.My sister rented out one of our appts to a nigger fambly whom a real estate company referred to her. They were supposedly good niggers. I live in Florida, so I really can’t go against my sister. Although I told her she’d be sorry!
Long story short, she was sorry. We lost around 10 grand on that one. Four months rent and a bunch of repairs. Niggers put holes everywhere. They destroyed tiles in the shower. And they destroyed some kitchen cabinets and the fridge was nasty . I was there for a couple months doing repairs.
Here in Florida, it’s not like that. Give people a month-to-month lease. If they don’t pay by 30 days they have five days to get out. Then, I believe the sheriff comes and gets rid of them. They have till High noon on the last day!
I’ve worked for landlords before. I was doing work and one of the other apartments and at noon, I watched as the sheriff allowed the landlord to take everything the tenant owned and put it out on the curb.People would be pulling over and picking out whatever they wanted while the tenant would cry and scream. It’s kind of sad, but they bring it on to them selves.
