If I lived in a rotten apartment surrounded by 'spanics and niggers and someone offers to buy me a free house, I would crawl 20 miles to get there.

I'm sick of going there to visit them. There is nowhere to park. I'm not taking the stinking nigger infested subway trains.

You are a good son. I'm not surprised they wouldn't take you up on your offer though. I obviously don't know their age, but alot of elderly people get so settled in their ways that they simply reject any change to situations regardless of the changes going on around them.
