Just read over at quillette, that the Dean of Social Sciences at the University of Oregon wants the faculty to attend an "exiting presentation", with the title "Scientists vs. Science: Race, Gender, and Anti-Intellectualism in Science".

Abstract:

Black thought can help us free science from the white supremacist traditions of scientists. Scientists vs. Science will use Black feminist and anti-colonialist analyses to show that white supremacy is a total epistemic system that affects even our most “objective” areas of knowledge production. The talk hinges on the development of the concept of white empiricism, which I introduced to give a name to the way that anti-intellectual white supremacy plays a role in physicists’ analysis of when empirical data is important and what counts as empirical data. This white empiricism shapes both Black women’s (and other) experiences in physics and the actual knowledge produced about physics. Until this is understood and addressed directly, systems of domination will continue to play a major role in the practice of physics.

Been there, done that, except "sassy" meant the worst uppity nigger attitude, and "colorfully dressed" was stretch fabric on a 5 foot, 300 pound niggerpotamus. That was the worst boss I ever had. It would criticize me if I didn't clock in exactly at 8:30, but it would waddle in at 9 something. It would be at the elevator doors at 4:30 or before, when the rest of us stayed until 5 or later to finish the work. I'd be surprised if she ever did half of what was expected, even though what was expected still wasn't that much. Above her, the regional ops manager was such a cuck to finish the work for her. All right, it wouldn't have done any good to tell the niggersow to shape up, because it always threatened a discrimination lawsuit every time it was implied that it would be let go after another bad performance review.

Working for that niggersow was the worst year of any job I've ever had. The best was when it would claim a medical condition and be out for weeks. Twice a year it would come up with an excuse, like back surgery, and the stupidest one, to get its kidneys checked. It would take a week vacation first, come in for a day, take two weeks of medical, come back for a day, then take another week vacation. My co-worker and I didn't care that it was scamming the company, because it meant we could breathe easily, I think once for six weeks! We could be late if we couldn't help it, and we still got all our work done. When a big truck illegally gets on the parkway and hits a low bridge, shutting that whole direction down as troopers clear up the mess, everybody winds up late.

I had an English teacher in high school who was a uppity sow, and it pissed her off that I could pass her class without trying too hard. She couldn't leave me be, reading whatever book was lying around in the back of the classroom. Call on me -here's the correct answer, big test - always 90+. Finally, with her attempts to humble me always failing, she decided to start bossing me around, telling me to sit up front. I collected my stuff, and headed straight out the door, and she follows. She saw I was done with her jibbering, so she had the nerve to grab my denim jacket, and couldn't believe I just kept walking. I got cornered later by the assistant principle, told him flat out I'd never set foot in that bitch's class again, end of discussion. When that witch tried to accost me in the hall one more time, I told her to GTF away from me. I took the final exam in another class and aced it. I skipped college, knowing that's where more unhinged twats would be breaking my balls, and enlisted in the Army, which was woman-free back then. I worked for my cousin's husband when I got out, who led by example, and made me his partner when I was as good as him. I've been self employed since those days, so I don't have to worry about who I offend.

My previous boss got promoted to regional, and the company thought they'd do an apefirmative action promotion. They thought it would placate this worthless niggerpotamus that was already threatening to sue if it was laid off, but surprise, it only made it more demanding.

It was the third boss I had in that job. I enjoyed working for the others, especially the second. She didn't have much of a personality, but she was this hot Italian number (I've been told I have a thing for paisanas :D) who was nice to look at. Then suddenly one day I'm introduced to this niggeress that makes the typical niggeress seem nice! Maybe it's just as well I was eventually driven to find a new job, because I wouldn't have advanced too much there, not with that nigger in charge. It was finally downsized as part of company-wide layoffs during the Great Recession, so no grounds for it to claim "discrimination."

My brother, a corporate tax and computer expert/CPA at a Big 5 accounting firm, was horrified when some fat, ugly, ivy league bitch, with an awful performance evaluation record, was now his new boss. She wasted no time fucking up the whole department, and anyone who didn't cover for her immediately felt the heat from higher ups. A couple of months later, morale was such that their best and brightest all had resumes submitted elsewhere in the industry, including my brother, who gave them notice first. When the big bosses realized the extent of the exodus, they asked those departing why they were going, and realized they had a cabal within their upper ranks. They had all attended an elite asshole factory, the name of which rhymes with Stale. That was supposedly rooted out after everyone left. Boy am I glad I'm my own boss ....
