I know that area well, went to West Hempstead high school, right down the block from there.

The gun is an inanimate object and can't be blamed for anything. And, clearly, the nigger being shot in the head 10 years ago can't be an excuse either as it was not injured at all due to the protection its characteristically thick skull and small brain provides. A nigger's small brain is exceptionally hard for a projectile to find if it could even penetrate the boney armor of a niggers skull plate. This is evidenced by the nigger still niggin' 10 years after the incident.

If the nigger had any brain damage, it was likely due to drugs. Drug use is bad, but it is especially bad for niggers. Drugs kill brain cells. Since niggers have such small brains to begin with, they don't have a single brain cell to spare. Surprisingly though, niggers don't seem any more stupid or violent after loosing brain cells due to drug use given the fact that those traits already exist due to genetics.
