Outstanding warrants
Resisting arrest
Failure to obey, fleeing, evading

Turns out that last June he:

Brandished a pawgun
No permit
Fled from the poleese

Cited and summons issued (should have been arrested IMO - but there are conflicting reports)
Failed to appear causing aforementioned warrant.

In February:

Arrested for aggravated robbery.
Outstanding discovered from disorderly conduct in 2019
Guilty plea in late 2019 - possession & sale of marijuana
Previous arrest warrant for armed robbery and battery (choking) a woman at gunpoint

At one time, the great Republic of Texas had a law on the books that required prior to charging one person with the death of another person, that the state show that the person killed was not due or likely due the death penalty for another crime even if not previously charged or convicted with said crime.

In other words, the state would have to ask the question did the defendant actually do the state a favor by dispatching the victim? If the answer was yes, then no crime was deemed committed.

Yes, in Texas at one great point in history, "He needed killin' " was a valid defense.

Setting aside the fact that the nigger had warrants and resisted and was most assuredly guilty of some kind of niggardry, it's hard to defend a 26-year police veteran on-scene in a TRAINING role, who not only apparently doesn't know the difference between a taser and their service weapon, but also isn't physically capable of wrangling wild niggers without help. If anything, this is a screaming indictment about the lack of funding for proper and consistent police training, because that money is being pissed away on paying out multi-million dollar settlements for niggers who achieve room temperature. I'm going to disagree with you but only on that point. I do speak from firsthand experience when I say that it's 'almost' impossible to restrain and handcuff an adult male who has decided NOT to be restrained.
Mano e mano, both being of roughly the same stature and physical condition, it's a toss-up. It's harder than it seems.

About the taser....I've watched that video plenty and still don't see how she fucked that up. It wasn't a split second thing. She had a moment or two when the first cop was wrangling to reach for the correct item. AND she'd have to cross-draw to grab the taser, an 8 oz. tazer versus 34 oz. pistol.

I do recall a lot of TNB experts saying right after the Floyd circus began that cops were going to be leaving the area en masse and then the district would need to lower their standards and hire new cops (expecting a lot of niggers) and this seems to be the fruit of that.
