Also, allowing this to go further would set a dangerous precedent from a brand management standpoint. I saw shit like that in spades during my enlistment. Some of it was legitimate. Most was not. More money was spent on disposal of Hazmat/Hazwaste than was spent on product actually being used. We're gettting off-topic, but I'll just say that 1 Cor. 8 tells us that it's about the spirit in which something's done, not the name. Now, I didn't know the origin of the Nike name. I thought it was Japanese and related to Nikkei.
