It's unbelievable. Oakland major Libby Schaaf just announced a guaranteed pay plan for low-income people if they are niggers. Poor whites are excluded from that program explicitly!!

Since they probably know it would be absolutely illegal to use tax payer money for that, she claims the money comes form private donors. And since it's Oakland, I bet iNigger is the initiator of this racist bullshit (even though they won't admit it):

Another guess would be it is a clever method for apple to avoid taxation: They donate money to reduce taxes. Depending upon how this "program" is structured, it's almost certain that it will be sued out of exitance right quick. If the government has any role in doling out these funds based upon race, that is a violation of Federal law. Personally, I doubt anything will come of this because even the dumbest lawyer on the mayor's staff is going to tell her it's illegal.

I'm betting that will never happen. I'll go a step further and bet that if you follow the dollar far enough, you will find government grant dollars being shuffled around and eventually ending up in the paws of these niggers. I don't think for one second that the Gates Foundation only uses Billy's money. He saves his for the casinos and personal toys. These groups pass other people's money around like it's free candy.

As my job requires me to travel & live in the US regularly I have to deal with immigration officers pretty often. Since Barack Hussein O'Nigger transformed 'the Agencies' into left wing institutions I am not exactly sure if it's a good idea if my email address is linked to chimpout. But of course I am still contemplating that, since chimpout is the only place where I can find like-minded people!
