I work in Atlanta at a customer service/mechanic job and I am physically worn out. I am one of the only white people there and all my coworkers who are black do not pull their weight and actually make my job 1000% harder. When they call out my days are actually easier. They sit on their phones all day with their feet propped up on people’s dashes while burning up the customers fuel. Every thing they touch they fuck up and I have to fix. My employer offers training classes periodically and they never take them but, when it’s time for a raise or promotion they all call racism when they don’t get it. These people are allergic to work and I understand why they got the shit whipped out of them when they were slaves because they are impossible to manage. Whenever a supervisor is approaching they make this bird/monkey noise to alert each other to look busy. They will leave work on the clock and they clock each other in and out. This is just the tip of the iceberg and I’m at a loss. Tell me all your work stories with blacks and how you make the situation work.

Once you have enough stacked up, talk to HR and management, as high up the chain as you can go starting at the bottom until you get your desired results.
