I knew a nigger that did this. He wanted to paint his hooptie so he sprayed nigger on it. Then got caught on camera doing it in his own apartment complex and still got an insurance payout... Or so it claims.

If you ever wonder why a story vanishes with no resolution. This is the reason. Every time you see "hate crimes" that have no witnesses, this is the case near 100% of the time. Just like the death threats on the school message board, the church that the pastor painted Trump on, and even nigger Jussie Smollet.
