During the Obummer years, we had to have mandatory sensitivity training - Prevention of Harassment and Discrimination. It was supposed to be about preventing sexual (including gender/gender ID, preference, and the old fashioned kind of sexual harassment), sexism, age, cultural, religious and race. It was mostly about race and a bit about sexism. All I got out of it was being super offended and bitter. The basic message was that white males over 40 are pure evil, scum and have all kinds of 'privilege". When Trump came in, that crap went away. Studies have shown that these type of sensitivity trainings have the opposite effect. Now that the new Pervert in Chief is in office, I'm sure I'll have to endure the BS again. At least I get paid for sitting through it... the hard part is not debating and getting fired for it.

To be honest, I think the socialists know these trainings make things worse and use it as a way to keep the division going so niggers will continue to be useful tools with their burning, looting, raping, murdering and destroying.
