And here are the absolute worst: New Orleans is on top, followed by Detroit, St. Louis, Baltimore and Oakland.

Doing some quick research I was surprised not to find the mean streets of Ridgefield, Connecticut on the list. 96% white, that place must be a total warzone. Does this picture scream Thug Life or what?
