Albert “Prodigy” Johnson, one-half of rap group Mobb Deep, died in Las Vegas on Tuesday at the age of 42, XXL (http://www.xxlmag.com/news/2017/06/prodigy-dies-at-42/?trackback=tsmclip)confirmed.

After being admitted into a hospital following a performance, the rapper lost his battle to sickle cell anemia, his publicist told the publication.

Ooo Oooo, my favorite disease. Yay sickle cell.

It's also painful. Betcha guys didn't know that. It can range from mild to severe but in its terminal stages, it's excruciating. Nice.


Pain is a long-lasting problem for people who have sickle cell disease. Bouts of severe pain can last for hours to days and are difficult to treat. Pain can be exhausting for caregivers as well as for the person in pain. :traybat

One other thing...I wonder if some of those "I caint breeve" niggers really can't breath. Sickle Cell greatly diminishes the oxygen carrying capacity of red blood cells. They go from a 3 pack of Newpawts can't breath to a blood oxygen sometimes in the 70's.
