A handcuffed Florida man in police custody drowned on Sunday after he broke free from an officer and jumped into the Boca Ciega Bay, according to authorities.


Brownlow was arrested for domestic battery, obstruction, felony driving while license suspended or revoked, and violation of probation. He was then taken to the Treasure Island Police Department to wait for a jail transport van.

Unfortunately, this may be a wrongful death civil suit. When the nigger is under the custody of law enforcement, they are responsible for the well being of the prisoner, from transport to jail. We may not like it, but the nigger is afforded presumption of innocence. That the low IQ animal did what it did is unfortunately irrelevant.
