It's just not there. It's across the whole damn country. I'm reading and hearing of cops from even the whitest places in the country that moral sucks, recruitment is tanking, attrition is climbing and cops are scared shitless just to do their jobs for fear of reprisals. Some of them are in my neighborhood and I live in the most human populated parish around if not the whole state!
