There are no photos or descriptions of the attackers so I am going with the nigdar on this one. Probably some "refugees". The photo on the article is dark but he is not a nigger.

A group of men in the city of Bayonne, France attacked a local bus driver after they were asked to wear masks. According to a report from the Guardian (https://www.theguardian.com/world/2020/jul/08/two-charged-over-attack-on-french-bus-driver-who-refused-entry-to-unmasked-men), Philippe Monguillot, the 59-year-old bus driver, later died after being declared brain dead.
French prosecutors have now charged two of the men with attempted murder. The other two men were charged with “non-assistance to a person in danger” and one was charged with “attempting to hide a suspect,”
Didn't he die? Shouldn't that charge me murder instead?
