It is simply TNB. Every nigger makes other humans suffer with their TNB. An average IQ of 65 coupled with a single sow broodmare who could not care any less for her hell spawn make for a niglet who will be trouble for the school and the law. Until it is nigger lotto time of course. Then she will get involved. These problems start early as seen in this example and continue on through life as seen in every example of a when a black lie matters. The solution is basically the same for dogs. Crate training aka prison as a start but niggers need more. But we can't provide niggers with the training they need to behave in society any more. Those days are long gone when obsolete farm equipment was thrust into the used market in the USA.

Much like dogs, niggers need to be trained by someone who knows how to work with animals. Sometimes an obedience school is required if you want the animal but are unable to provide the training yourself. But unlike dogs, niggers have a very high failure rate and most can not be trained. I concur with Dr. Juju Vodoo's diagnosis and opinion. I would also add that Niggerism causes severe genetic mutation that results in cognitive development stopping at about the age of 8 to 12. It also results in such severe physical and mental de-evolution mutations that the affected life form has enough significant differences from humans that it is considered a different species.

Just another nigger story that mistakenly assumes niggers are human and "just like us". It tries to explain away the niglet's obvious deficiencies and tries to justify the need for special (and expensive) one-on-one attention.

Humans have a tendency to be kind and caring - to a fault. We don't like to be cruel to animals or see them suffer. That being said, some animals are very dangerous and we need to be careful around them and handle them appropriately. Feeding animals can cause them to loose their respect for humans and they become aggressive wanting more and more until they finally bite the hand that feeds them.

The sooner humans use their powers of observation and logic, and recognize the legitimate science that shows niggers are not human, but are very dangerous cunning animals, the better and safer we will all be. It'll be at that time that proper nigger handling policies and procedures can be implemented. Better for humans and better for niggers.
