Wife, 29, and her burqa wearing husband are arrested for stealing $1million in jewelry from luxury Hudson Yards store

A married Brooklyn couple have been detained for stealing $1million in high-end jewelry from a Hudson Yards store, with police sharing that the male suspect sported a burqa during the robberies.
Patrick and Ernestine Preville, both 29, were arrested on Thursday and charged with grand larceny for the February 23 heist.
A clerk assisted Patrick, pulling out the necklace and a ring, but noticed that the suspect was also holding onto a watch from the luxury store.
When the clerk began questioning the suspect, Patrick is said to have pulled the spray bottle out and squirted liquid at the clerk
Patrick is said to have then grabbed the necklace before running out of the store, taking two watches with him.
The necklace was priced at roughly $21,000 while one watch was worth $64,000 and the other was worth a staggering $715,000, according to authorities.
