Inside was a note, that says in part, "no one wants you infecting this area, and "move to the ghetto scum."

The Ozaukee County Sheriff's Office says they are investigating something that isn't illegal in the first place.

Then we have the letter itself, it is a printed out letter from a computer to a printer. But it looks like they cut the bottom of it off, Why?
