Two niggers attempted to scam the state lottery commission by gluing the winning numbers for a $100k ticket onto a losing lottery ticket.

The con was exposed when the ticket was scanned.

Odis Latham and Russell Sparks, both niggers, were charged with uttering counterfeit instrument over $1k and conspiracy offenses.
