DoorDash driver killed in robbery at Virginia restaurant
Police say an armed robbery at a northern Virginia restaurant has left a DoorDash delivery driver dead and a second man wounded
Armed robbers at a Denny's restaurant in north Virginia killed a DoorDash delivery driver and wounded another man Thursday, police said.
Two men entered the Manassas restaurant around 2 a.m. and demanded property from customers and employees, Prince William County police said. The suspects fled after shooting the two victims, authorities said.
Yusuf Ozgur, 56, of Manassas, was at the restaurant to pick up an order for DoorDash, a food delivery service. He died at a hospital from his injuries.

Police are looking for two suspects in an armed robbery early Thursday that killed one man and wounded another at a Denny’s in Manassas, Virginia.
Around 2:30 a.m. Thursday, Prince William County police said two armed men walked into the Denny’s, at 8201 Sudley Road, and attempted to rob customers and employees.
One suspect brandished a handgun and another suspect had a baton. They told restaurant employees and customers to get on the floor, and they demanded their cellphones and wallets. The suspects also demanded money from the restaurant.
The suspects struck Ozgur in the head with a baton and shot him, before running off. Police said no money or property was taken from the restaurant.
“Everybody cooperated, no resistance. Nobody did anything but cooperate — they shoot two people,” Prince William County police Chief Barry Barnard said.
Barnard said there were some 20 people in the restaurant.
