They actually SHOULD have a program in place where niggers receive reward money when they turn themselves in.

They would still end up being sent to nigger university, but it would be an excellent method of getting them off of the streets.

The money could be put into an account that is used to pay for legal fees/fines, and what is left could be put into the nigger's nigger university account for snacks or whatever.

What would be hilarious is if they had a hotel conference room reserved, with a table FILLED with KFC, and as soon as the niggers entered, they would get pawcuffed.

It's really not a bad idea, though.

Niggers turn themselves in for dah rewards. They'll get one piece of fried chigguns, a glass of grape drank, and then it's off to NU. After all restitution, court costs and niglet support is paid up, then they get the remainder on their books for blue magic hair gel, zoo-zoos, and wham-whams.

The reality is, the reward will never be more than the restitution, court costs, and back-niglet support.

So, really, we'd just get some more fucking niggers off the streets. Win-win.
