Raleigh, NC must be completely crowded with niggers. In 24 hours, two sets of batwings issued and four other niggers either shot or stabbed. It's all good as long as the niggers keep it among themselves.
The police chief, Cassandra Deck-Brown, is fat ugly sheboon nigger sow, so I'm sure it's a complete mess there. Incompetent niggers trying to police violent niggers. That sounds like an excellent recipe for a dish called FAIL

About the same as the city of Wilmington, De. and the state of Maryland. Both have high crime rates and are nigger-fixated shitholes. I lived in both places in the past so I know what the nigger problem is like in those two places.

Instead of 1 in 7 people you see on the street being niggers (the U.S. average), you visit or live in a place where it's 1 in 3. That would be a nightmare for me, basically niggers everywhere you look.
