Pennsylvania Superior Court judges want to revoke a killer groid's "life without parole" sentence because they believe the nigger "can be rehabilitated"

The Pennsylvania Superior Court on Wednesday afternoon ordered that a Bedford County coon, Deauntay Dontaz Moye, 21, that committed murder as a teenager, be resentenced.

The court pointed to recent rulings by the Pennsylvania and U.S. supreme courts which demand that before such a sentence can be imposed on an individual who committed murder as a juvenile, it must be established he is “permanently incorrigible” and “unable to be rehabilitated.”

You can't rehabilitate a nigger.

The only possible way to rehabilitate a nigger would be to use DNA modification technology to remove all of the nigger DNA from the nigger.

And that is not going to happen anytime soon.

They should just legalize the death penalty in all 50 states, and use the death penalty to get rid of the welfare kangs that are living in prison.
