Carlisle Police are looking for a rape-ape they say raped a female (victim's species unknown), held her against her will and stole her bicycle.

Charges indicate the female juvenile is younger than 16.

Police said the investigation revealed that groid Jaiquann Shafee Frazier was the suspect.
