Pavement ape Kenneth Bowen, a one-time Clayton County Police Department recruit, has been charged with 7 counts of rape, 5 counts of aggravated sodomy, 6 counts of armed robbery and 8 counts of false imprisonment.

Rape-ape Bowen was arrested after police linked its DNA to a series of rapes dating back to 2015. Part of what led authorities to it was its short stint in the summer of 2018 with Clayton Police as a recruit.

Victims reported their attacker had tattoos on its arms and police noted the similarity of those described by the victims with ones nigger Bowen sported. It was fired from the department 3 months after becoming a training recruit for arriving to training nearly 4 hours late
