Former Montgomery, Ala. police officer (human) Aaron Cody Smith was convicted of "man"slaughter Friday for fatally shooting feral pavement ape Gregory Gunn.
Smith shot nigger Gunn as it was walking to its nest late at night. The officer had called the rape-ape over for a stop-and-frisk, at which point it fled.
Smith added that while he was patting down the nigger, he felt a hard object he believed to be a weapon and the nigger, that had cocaine in his system, swatted away its hand. He said the nigger ran, ignoring Smith's command to stop. Smith then deployed a taser and police baton, to no avail. When the pair arrived a front porch and Smith said the porch monkey grabbed a paint pole and Smith fired his weapon in self-defence
