"An individual who was inspired by the Sept. 11, 2001 attack on the World Trade Center and was looking for weapon to hijack plane has been detained by our services," Interior Minister Christophe Castaner said on France-2.
The French minister said that authorities have foiled as many as 60 terror attacks since 2013.
