Video of predominantly white police officers in Delaware County arresting a black family in front of their home for loitering is raising a lot of questions and concerns, and the family is now fighting back against Chester Township Police Department.
It's been a little more than a week since everything happened, but Rachel Briggs is still shaken up by the ordeal that took place on her lawn.
"It's a terrifying thing. It makes me feel as though the police can knock down your door, and drag you out of your home at anytime. This is an incident that made me feel like I'm a prisoner in my own home," Briggs said.
