Hispanic Florida police aide is under investigation after saying a black sergeant 'looked like a monkey'
Pablo Espinoza, a public service aide for the Miami-Dade Police Department, has been reassigned to ‘administrative duties’ pending the investigation's outcome
Espinoza, who is Hispanic, is in charge of maintaining breath-test machines and frequently acts as an expert witness at administrative and criminal hearings
Before one such hearing in September that defense attorney Michael Catalano accuses Espinoza of making a slur against one of his clients
‘Your client looks like a monkey sitting there,’ Espinoza purportedly told Catalano, who said he was stunned by the unprovoked remark

Huh?
Espinoza is in charge of maintenance for breath-test machines used to identify drunk drivers. He is a frequent witness at administrative and criminal hearings, and has been lauded by organizations such as Mothers Against Drunk Driving.
OK.
The target of the alleged racial slur was Miami-Dade Schools Police Sgt. Tracy Moore, an African American woman who was arrested on a charge of drunk driving back in July. Her defense lawyer. Michael Catalano, is fighting the charge, saying the breath test was skewed because the woman had recently undergone gastric bypass surgery.
ha ha ha LOL she boon Sgt was a victim of racisms! They must acquit and admit the breath test technician is a racist. LOL
