All this smells fishy to me.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ashish_Thakkar
The founder of the company isn't from Rwanda nor has Rwanda ancesters. He is from India, raised in Uk, not born in Rwanda.
The company isn't headquartered in Rwanda either (hence limited benefits to the country) but Dubai, and what is even more interesting is the group seems to have been funelling UN funds (= your money) for his own private venture.
« In June 2014, Thakkar participated in the "Global Accelerator" event hosted by the United Nations Foundation and the United Nations Office for Partnerships to discuss entrepreneurships in UN objectives. »
Also interesting are the connections with banking, and another company in charge of taking control of other banks : https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Atlas_Mara_Limited
Give me billions, and I will make you a smartphone manufactured in China, with os software from gogol or apels, headquartered in a tax heaven state.

Sounds like someone has found a clever way to line his pockets while feeding hope to nigger lovers.

On the bright side, these phones would be easy to use. They have to be, for ape savages. And they can only be used for the phrase "oooga boooga".
