There's a Jack-in-the-Box here in the one of the badder sides of town that has a huge sign outside advertising that it takes EBT.

But, there was an article in the Daily Caller that listed all the inappropriate places that accept EBT. Like Starbucks, but only their 'in-store' locations situated in supermarkets and whatnot.
