This has been going on for decades. For some reason, the media is kinda talking about it now. Everyone within 50 miles of the twin cities, knows to avoid Minneapolis after about 10pm. Even the area's where police are present are not safe any longer.

Memo to all Minneapolitans/Minnesotans: Get your fucking niggers Under Control NOW or lose your city. Wake up and ACT NOW or you will soon find yourselves in the next Detroit. ACTING NOW means more police, more judges, longer jail sentences, and many more jails. Issue bonds, refinance, do whatever in order to pay for it. Lock them up, lose the key, and then go after the rest of them. Keep going until all these animals are locked up, even if you have to lock up half the city.
