Who knows how many times this shitbeast has been arrested. Every prosecutor, judge and parole board that lets these niggers off lightly deserve to go in front of a damn firing squad when the niggers go on to do more crimes.
They were able to give a good description of a suspect, police said. And an arrest was made at 3:30 a.m. after a man fitting the suspect’s description was spotted by officers at Trade and Tryon streets.
A gun found at the scene had been reported stolen from a vehicle during a prior crime, police said.
The suspect, Tevin Quayshawn Williams, 19, is charged with kidnapping, first degree forcible rape, first degree kidnapping, robbery with a dangerous weapon, possession of a stolen fire arm and first degree trespassing.
Records indicate Williams served a year in prison for common law robbery and got out August 2016.
Records show it is Williams’ fifth arrest in Mecklenburg County since 2015, though he also shows to have been arrested in Concord in 2014.
