I have to admire their restraint in treating the dindu, which is still going to complain "harassment," "profiling" and "excessive force."
Its face can't be seen clearly until near the end, but did we really need a wild guess that this was another feral shitskin?
A suspect leading Philly cops would've gotten at least 4-5 stars in GTA5. Not quite sure what happened, but an absolute swarm of like 500 officers (more like 30) took over the vehicle, got the suspect/s out, and that was a wrap. Nothing else to see and the show is over! Good scene though!
