Miami Prosecutor Lets Racist Sex Offender Get Away With Felony Upskirt Video Taken of Her in Courthouse
Miami, Florida state prosecutor Helen Page Schwartz caught a man using his cellphone to take an upskirt video of her as the two rode an escalator in the Miami-Dade County Courthouse building Thursday morning, according to Miami Herald reporter David Ovalle who posted about the incident on Twitter. (Ovalle is covering the Stand Your Ground Hearing for Mexican soap opera star Pablo Lyle in the road rage death of a man earlier this year in Miami.)

Schwartz confronted the man who responded by calling her a ‘cracker ass bitch’ and threatened to press charges against her before storming off.
Ovalle spoke to Schwartz who told him she would not press charges against the man because she did not want to get police involved. Ovalle notes that video voyeurism is a crime–indeed under Florida law it is a felony.
