Boats dont drive like a hooptie.

And yes, they will gladly cause millions in damage just for a joy ride that never made it out of the marina.

I live in the land of 10k lakes. 99.9% of the time, if you see a jig on a boat, it's a 70's aluminum fishing boat with a tiny trolling motor attached. Always fishing for catfish, bullheads or carp. Never sport fishing. Half the time you will see them lazily dump buckets of water out of their boat as they are getting in the way of everyone around them.
