"The two employees had a disagreement the day before which was affecting the work environment," police say. "Today, the Corporate Manager said the two employees began to verbally accost each other which led to a physical altercation. One of the employees struck the other causing a small cut to his eye. The nigger brandished a .22 cal Derringer pistol from his pocket, and fired a single shot at the other employee, missing."
This happened while the Corporate Manager was in between the two employees trying to break up the fight, police say. Both employees were taken in to custody.
The nigger, Brandon Holmes, 37, of Unadilla, is charged with Aggravated Assault, Reckless Conduct, Discharge of Firearm and Affray.
Henry Paul Temples, 29, of Milledgeville, is charged with Battery and Affray.
