Niggers love the concept of 'Sovereign Citizen' style crap because it is an idiotic idea that you can do whatever you want and the Govt has zero authority to regulate anything. I remember a nigger got pulled over by the cops for not having license plates. Some 'Sovereign Citizen' nutjob told him that he could just put a plate reading 'Independent Operator' on his car and that the 'gubmint' had no authority to stop him after that.
