I don't remember who first phrased "nigger control," but we need it: strict background checks and required training for ownership :lol, tight leashes at all times unless caged securely on your fenced-in property, and severe penalties if your pet nigger gets loose and harms somebody.

Guns can just sit there on the ground and won't ever fire a shot. Niggers can be sitting there and suddenly go on a murderous spree for no reason.
