The advisory describes "violent crime," including sexual assaults and homicides, as "common."
US government personnel are barred from driving outside certain neighborhoods of Kingston, the country's capital and largest city, at night, the advisory says.

I actually went there a few years back. If you stay at the resort areas on the north shore it's fine. Great beaches and all the niggers are pretty tame since they basically work for tips. NEVER EVER go through Kingston, even the resort nigger are afaid to go there.
