They used the sand from the desert they live in and not refined sand and very little stone and ZERO portland cement as a binder. True DuneCoon construction....


The chinese are just as bad when it comes to cutting "corners" and sub-standard construction....Take my word for it "Do NOT ever ride on a chinese escalator or elevator"
