Not to belittle the man in a time of great stress, but he gave up WAY too much information to the 911 dispatcher. A clever DA could make a murder case out of those 911 statements, if he wanted to. Don't volunteer ANYTHING to the police, without an attorney present. Just the bare-bones facts. "I just shot two guys in my house. One is not moving, the other is outside." That's all they need to know.
