Police say a vile nigger is wanted for multiple crimes including cutting off his electronic monitoring device in Charlotte Sunday.

19-year-old Kievon Demontre Ratchford is wanted for possession of firearm by a felon, possession of stolen motor vehicle, damage to property, and interfering with an electronic monitoring device.
