Actually there is systematic racism. For a lot of government jobs, it's the minority who's a woman, or less qualified, or less educated, or with a poor track record, or all the above, who automatically gets a promotion over a qualified white man. Sure, top federal officials tend to be white males, but when you look at the basic supervisors and middle management, it's survival of the minoritist. Then as anyone living in the bluest states can tell us, the bureaucratic structure goes by PC first, PC second, and PC to the last.

It's also true a lot of whites don't talk about racism, because they're the cucks who won't talk about the true racism and sexism. Look at the last "House of Cards" season. Claire fires her cabinet and hires all women, bragging how it's a new day for the country. A male president firing his cabinet, no matter how stupid they were, and hiring all male replacements, would be used only for a misogynist plot line.

The white males among us who've worked at liberal companies have also experienced being passed over. Someone who had less seniority, is a nigger or a Hispanic, and especially is a woman, seemed to get a promotion for just sitting there. Being Asian doesn't count as minority, either. A Japanese co-worker worked his ass off for a long time, and he thought their supervisor saw him as a natural successor. When the team needed a new supervisor, even though he was perfect for it, the job went to a woman who was there just a couple of years. She was basically still a newbie, never having done anything advanced, never taking a leadership role in any project. What really fucked over my friend over was the memo announcing the promotion. It actually said the company was proud of the promotion as part of its diversity record, and proud of "how much she has accomplished in so short a time." Well that was it, my friend immediately started looking for a new job. He got a better one at a better company, but not everyone's so lucky.
